Ms. Christina is #1 Customer Service Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and HILARIOUS! Ms. Dhru was Patient and Kind. Dr. Patel was Very Understanding...The dentist is Not Always a Place I like to Attend. However, it's been a minute since my last visit to the dentist. Emergency dental situations with your child are always stressful, but this office handled ours beautifully. They took X-rays right away, evaluated the situation, and honestly explained that our daughter needed to be referred out to a specialist. Because they couldn't treat her here, they kindly discounted our exam. It is rare to find a business that puts patient well being so clearly above everything else. It had been quite some time since I was seen by a dentist, so them being reassuring and walking me through what to expect, it really helps if you struggle with anxiety. Front office staff was SO sweet, she walked me through the costs and what to expect. Excellent experience! I got in quickly for a repair. Everyone was kind, professional and thorough. No long wait in the waiting room or in the chair. They are very coordinated. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who who wants to be treated as their #1 patient.
